1) Remember that it is much easier for me to respond to questions when they are directed through the portal. I am seeing patients throughout the day and I cannot always pick up the phone when you call.
2) All aftercare summaries either from a telemedicine appointment or an in-person appointment will be reviewable in two sections of the portal. They can be found in the secure messages tab as well as the Visit Summary tab.
3) All lab orders will be faxed to the lab you have specified and they will be sent to you in the portal in the lab tab. This will allow you to print the lab form and avoid the lab claiming that they did not get an order from.
